Player Requirements

Full Commitment from Player and Parent; not having several extracurricular activities taking time away from tennis practice

Consistency with trainings and working towards development goals

Goal to play at the Collegiate Level

Player demonstrating a strong work ethic and self motivation to improving their game

Willing to play tournaments consistently and travel to play higher level USTA and ITF junior events
-
An EQUAL importance of tennis and school, and managing time properly to manage both without affecting one or the other
-
An understanding that high school tennis is a waste of time for high performance players and college coaches disregard this aspect
-
Ready to learn and demonstrating this interest through asking questions in practice

A minimum of 3 UTR playing level to be invited to the clinics
How We Train From Professional Experience

Players will be trained with the same methods implemented in D1 college teams and the professional circuit

Mental discussions related to thought process, managing nerves, and ways to approach practices and different situations

Constant feedback of on-court decision making and shot selection

Consistency drills, shot placement work, and developing patience in points

Tabrizi Tennis offers a professional environment with all staff members having excelled at both the D1 college level and ATP Pro Tour

For players that reach a 10 UTR level, the opportunity to have hitting sessions with the staff aside from clinics

Offering a network of over 50 Division 1 college coaches and an understanding of what these coaches are looking for in their recruitment process (hint-it’s not high school tennis players)

Private and semi-private instruction for select players that are accepted into the program

Indoor tennis clinics and winter play opportunities at Luxury clubs for our Lafayette group
